For Sale by Owner Center provides listings to oodle.com

A new "for sale by owner" site which allows users to post free real estate listings to sell their home for sale by owner aka. fsbo is expanding it's marketing efforts by being the first FSBO website to provide it's FSBO real estate listings to oodle.com

ForSalebyOwnerCenter.com real estate listings appear in the housing section of oodle.com, such as the los angeles housing section of oodle. This effort helps extand the reach of it fsbo listings by reaching the users of oodle.com via xml, which in turn will help owners sell their homes quicker while saving real estate commissions.

Searching Real Estate Using Maps

There is a new trend in real estate websites that seems to make sense. Real estate has always been about location, location, locations... now you can search by location on a map. Interesting sites have appeared, such as housingmaps.com which combines craigslist and the google maps api. Others such such oodle.com are also doing the same.

Some twist to this has been a free "For Sale by Owner" site, forsalebyownercenter.com which allows you to search it's listings also using google maps but with a nice twist where it shows the pictures of the homes. Take a look at the real estate map search page.

Coldwellbanker.com is now also jumping on the bandwagon with it's recent site update.
